Product arrived on time and works as expected.. (So big ticks for the most important stuff). No fitting or installation instructors.. Which I didn't expect but I needed to call Eurofit for some advice, speak to them about the product etc. The lady I spoke to at HO couldn't wait to get rid of me and hung up on me after she relayed from a colleague...'Oh apparently there IS a video on the website' 'CLICK'...no 'Does that answer your question, can I help you with anything else? Thanks for calling etc... This felt like...'Look harder on the website and F off'

I needed heavy duty slow close stays for the lid of a large toy box - the lid weighs 8.3 kilos! After searching the internet for various options I settled on Eurofit Direct. Had a problem with a drawer slider after 8 months of ownership. Took some pictures and messaged them the issue details. That was at 8 in the morning. Phone rang at 8.10 and replacements were in the post that morning overnighted to me. Incredible customer service. Took the stress right out the situation almost instantly. Couldn't ask for more. Other companies should have a look at how these guys operate. That's how you look after your customers and your companies reputation. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I won't use anyone else now.
