I needed to return a set of heavy duty hinges that were too big to fit in the fridge freezer cabinet. Louise Young explained the procedure and sent a returns form. An easy transaction and I was made to feel welcome.

Product was lovely and good quality however £6.95 postage for next day delivery and nothing arrived delivery was on the second day 48 hours later not amused !!!

Customer service was brilliant. After ordering for next day delivery DPD failed to meet the request down to snow . Called eurofit and got the help that I needed and a refund of the delivery charge. Will be using in the future top service from this company.
