Drawer runners are cheap and not very smooth also the springs damage easily bined them and have to buy 2 new sets but will spend more on them this time

Prompt delivery and their metal box drawer sides and runners are exactly comparable with Hafele but cheaper. They lost a star because a box of screws I had ordered was missing. Eventually they asked for photo evidence of the damaged packaging but by then I had opened it and binned it. They could have sent a replacement without question for the £2+ item

I did not recieve Ferrari Cabinet Mini Hinge - Half Overlay - 26mm Cup - 95 Instead I was sent two of: Tutti Cabinet Mini Hinge Half Overlay 95°

My purchase was a pair of kitchen cabinet hinges. The organisation of the web site and the product descriptions made it much easier to decide what I needed than on some competitor web sites. I was happy with the quality of the hinges when I received them. I then decided to order a second pair, but soon realised I didn't actually need it. I ordered the second pair on a Sunday and phoned Eurofit Direct on the Monday morning to cancel the order. The phone was quickly answered by a real person, who was most helpful and cancelled the order for me before it was shipped. Eurofit Direct confirmed the cancellation by a personal email and refunded the money promptly (within a couple of days).

Goods arrived day after order but with a major part missing. I phoned but they clearly didn't believe me. The part missing was from a box that had been labelled "incomplete" so I suspect a quality control issue. I sent photos of packaging, the box labelled incomplete plus plus. That was Friday afternoon and I am still awaiting acknowledgement from the company at close of play Monday. UPDATE I have subsequently had a conversation with the ladies in the office. They were extremely helpful and arranged for a second set of the goods (a pair of desk legs) to be sent to me and they have arrived in excellent order today. I am very happy with the outcome and more importantly with the desk legs which are perfect for my project. Thank you to Morgan and her colleague for resolving my issue. FIVE STAR service and goods.
