I cannot rate this company highly enough. I was informed of procedures and updated constantly. The response regarding my boiler replacement, together with the under floor insulation and the installation of the trickle vents was very quick indeed. The whole thing was done in a day even though the position of the boiler was in an awkward position. Thank you very much indeed to all of you! Highly recommended

I Cannot thank Euro energy group enough for our free benefits. The office staff were very polite, professional and accommodating from the very beginning. The installer's again were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend the company on my personal experience. Thankyou Euro energy group

I called for advice on behalf of my mother. Even though it turns out she doesn’t currently qualify for ECO3 assistance, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and honest. 10/10 for customer service based on this.

Contacted the company after we had heard about the government funding to help with new boilers as ours was on its way out. In the same week we had someone come out and survey the house, The survey showed we needed a new boiler, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation. They took care of everything from start to finish and all of the team are exceptional. From application to completion I would say a month but you have to remember it was Christmas so I was amazed at the short space of time.. It actually only took 3 days to do the jobs specified the rest was waiting to be next to be done. Since completion the house is so much warmer, the boiler is not on as often (which is vital during the price increases in energy), You really can feel the difference, even my husband who's disabilities make him feel the cold a lot more, does not feel it anywhere near as much as he used to in the house. We could not be more grateful to them all, they really have made a huge difference to our lives. Hopefully sometime in the future I will be able to afford to get my windows done to make it complete. Thank you all again and all the best for 2022.

Top service from office staff to installation staff, the tradesman where tidy, polite courteous, arrived early & stayed late to complete the job, job was priced before & that stayed at same price, really cant say enough how good they where, it was a difficult installation as we’d had range cooker/heating before but the chaps just got on with it & fitted new combi boiler upstairs in the old immersion cupboard. Thank you euro energy

My mum and dad recently had euro energy group fit a new boiler, loft insulation and insulation under the floor. Although they are older and we're dreading having the work done everyone at the company they dealt with were brilliant. They couldn't speak highly enough of them and said their work was first class. Granted, there was a little mess which was inevitable but the turnaround of under 2 full days was fantastic. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The team was really helpful from start to end. They worked around me (I am disabled and in my 70s, and live in one room with my husband as carer), to make sure I had little disruption and sorted quickly. Great set of work lads and office team.

We have recently had our cavity wall insulation done and had a brand new boiler installed. 10 out 10 for the the service from the installers they were fab and professional. And 10 out 10 for Natasha who dealt with everything, from getting us booked in to reassuring everything will be done in time. She was amazing. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant service -honest,hardworking and efficient company! I was aware there was a government funded scheme where you could get a free boiler/cavity wall insulation but I assumed we wouldn’t qualify! I was very sceptical as it sounded too good to be true. It isn’t based on income etc, it’s based on a criteria,which for us was that we receive child benefit (which I believe all parents in the UK up to the age of 16 do)and an old boiler. I did my research but found you have to be really careful as there is so many companies offering this then leaving a trail of disaster behind them. We had had a previous company who completed a survey for us but it just didn’t feel right. Then a good friend told me about the Euro Energy Group. I spoke to a girl called Tasha who was helpful and brilliant at keeping me up to date.The process was simple. No paperwork,all I had to do was to prove my identity (utility bill)and a Child benefit letter. Then Lee came out within a week to complete a survey. He was professional whilst friendly and I was really impressed with the level of survey he completed.He gave me confidence they were offering us the best solution for our property rather than them,(nothing like the first company). Tasha then gave me a full update within a few days and confirmed we were eligible,there was absolutely no pressure techniques. They provided a detailed breakdown of what they could do including a full spec of the boiler.Within a week they had us booked in.Tan came as planned, again he was very polite, knowledgable and clean!He installed the boiler,checked I was comfortable with how to work it.He gave me all the certificates and paperwork and also cleaned up after himself! I’m pleased to say we have a new boiler and it all happened within 4 weeks. This company is reliable,professional and there are no hidden costs or surprises. I think I’m still in shock!I would highly recommend them and say one text and you could save thousands . I would find out if you are eligible as I assumed we weren’t.If you are considering using another company I’d beg you to check you are 100% confident they know what they are doing and won’t let you down. My research showed me a lot of them don’t do what they say and leave people in a worst situation. I don’t often review companies but I think it’s important when someone has gone above and beyond to shout about it! The girls number who helped me was Tasha 07733 290496 drop her a text and she can tell you if you qualify. All I’d say is what have you got to lose!I'm really chuffed I found them and I would never have thought we would be eligible.

Had an application for a first time Central heating system. Quite a few problems at the beginning but the office were able to send another team to rectify everything and make all good. A fantastic boiler and radiators which will definatly make our home alot warmer this Winter

I have just had a new boiler fitted by EuroEnergy Group. the service has been first class! They kept me up to date through the process and never made m,e feel as though the questions I had were stupid or unnecessary. They offered me a specific make of boiler free of charge but when I explained I specifically wanted an Ideal Heating boiler they immediately agreed this could be done at a very small additional cost. The installation was completed in one day and my wife and I are delighted with our new boiler and the service we received. EXCELLENT SCHEME. EXCELLENT COMPANY. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

At first I couldn’t believe my luck at receiving a grant and it came at just the right time. Tasha and Leanne were absolutely lovely girls to deal with. Always helpful and explained everything. I didn’t need to really do much and when fitting day came (which was super quick) Tan the gas engineer was amazing!! He not only did the the job but went above and beyond. His attention to detail really reassured us! He grafted all day. Explaining how to set timer and everything else that went with it. The young lad fitting the insulation was polite and very hard working also (poor lad getting under our floor boards) . Overall an extremely good experience and i would not have any problem recommending this company. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Really helpful engineers and office staff, only thing that let them down is the assessor who came could not answer lots of our questions and told us things would be done that on the day couldn't happen. New central heating put in within a day was an amazing achievement, though all our upstairs floors had to be removed again to secure properly.

Was sceptical at first as didn't believe that I could upgrade my heating for free but I needn't have been. The office staff were very helpful and kept me informed throughout. Within a week of the survey the electricians arrived to carry out the work. I had two storage heaters upgraded and two panel heaters installed upstairs. The lads were very polite and did the work really quickly. I was very impressed and now my house not only looks updated but is nice and warm 😊

The engineer was very polite and had his PPE on at all time . The work was very good and cleaned up after he finished. I. am very pleased in general with the boiler and would have gave 5star but from 28th of February I have been waiting for a engineer to come and sort the fault on boiler which is loosing pressure . Colin
