I deal with a lot of parts companies and EU Automation is one of the worst. I received a refurbished part that showed up with broken mounting corners and cover latches. The part was so old that it was not compatible with the application. I contacted Tech Support on Friday and left a message indicating the problem and urgency as my customer's machine was down. No response. I called again Monday and selected customer service to try and get a response. Spoke with someone, explained the issue. I was told they would contact the manufacturer immediately to see if the software version could be updated and get back to me. I reiterated the urgency. No response. I called again the next day asking for the response from manufacturer. I was told the manufacturer said the part could not be updated and the part could be returned. I received an email later that night and was told that EUs vendor has a 20% restocking fee which they would have to pass on to me. I sent the part back and 2 weeks after they received it I sent an email inquiring on the status of my credit. Got a response that my credit was processed today, minus the $ 430 restocking fee. Poor product, terrible customer support, Non-customer centric return policies!

Having tried the original machine manufacturer RS and other web sites unsuccessfully You came across with the identical safety relay we wanted and it turned up around 3 days- price was £200 cheaper than a similar but not identical part and requiring slight wiring adjustments Thank you
