Having moved, this is the second time we’ve used Essential. From initial survey to installation, everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. The men who actually did the installation were great - they even cleaned up after themselves! The system itself is easy to use and can also be controlled with an app on your phone. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
