Very inflexible and non existent costumer service, cannot recommend to buy there

Great service, helpful, and great products. The ergonomic chair I purchased cost less than my physical therapy co-payments to correct the problems caused by my last chair.

I got a recommendation from an ergonomic evaluator about how to get a chair that would be better for my body. I called Ergo Experts and the salesperson, Mike, spent nearly 30 minutes talking me through solutions that would be the perfect fit. I have not had this level of top-notch customer service in decades! Mike knows his stuff. The chair came and it's just right. Highly, highly recommend!

I received my comforter today. I'm super satisfied. It came in the time they told me. Beautiful craftsmanship and so comfortable. Definitely recommend this site. Totally worth the money I spent.

I work from home almost full time these days and figured it was time to upgrade my home office, starting with a new desk chair. As someone who knows very little about all the different chair styles, as well as correct sitting postures, I am incredibly grateful for the team at Ergo Experts for their patience, attention to detail, insight and, most importantly, dedication to make sure I received a product I would love. The ordering experience was very simple and straightforward and I received my item quicker than expected. It's been over a few months of use now and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The material is very confortable and the adjustment levers are very easy to use. I highly reccomend this chair to anyone who spends a considerable amount of time working from home.

I recently purchased an Office Master OM5 Series chair from Ergoexperts and I couldn't be happier with the decision. I had contacted their customer service to inquire about some of the options I was able to pick to customize the chair how I wanted. Throughout the entire process, the representative was patient and helpful, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the selections. I was impressed by the level of attention they provided, and would highly recommend purchasing from them I have been using the Office Master OM5 Series chair for a bit, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with its performance. One of the things I love most about this chair is how breathable it is. The mesh backrest keeps me cool and comfortable, even on the hottest days, and the overall design of the chair promotes good airflow and circulation

Having bought an Office Master PT62 from this company I would advise going elsewhere. I would strongly suggest also looking into other chair types as this one is not working correctly and no matter how often you ask for answers or explanations, you end up waiting forever! It is also dangerous as it slips out of being a flat seat into a tilted seat and propels one forward. I have not sat in it since I did that because I almost fell. Have had a few problems and typically it takes a couple of weeks if you are lucky to get an answer. I have had this chair for a while now and it is still unusable.

I ordered two Intellispace keyboard trays and an Office Master chair. I have a narrow desktop and needed a specific length track. I called for advice on what exactly to order and Mike was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right products. They all arrived quickly. A year later FINALLY got it together to install the keyboards and realized that four screws were missing from one of the keyboard sets. I may have misplaced them myself since it had been...well a year. I emailed Mike and he immediately had the manufacturer send me the parts I needed, no questions asked. They arrived in a few days. The products are high quality and as advertised.

I ordered an OM chair with arm rests that are supposed to come to 9" above the chair cushion for an extra $75. I am 5'4" and the the armrests are not tall enough to reach the bottom of my forearms when parallel to the seat, coming only 8" from the top of the seat. When I asked the company if I could return the arm rests, they said no and that the measurement is only approximate. There is no customer satisfaction guarantee so I would recommend purchasing at a store so you can try the product and not ordering through the website.

Very nice high quality product

I spoke with Mike, I needed to purchase a handshoe mouse and I needed delivered as soon as possible. He was helpful helping me choose weather to have a wired or wireless version and he also did all his best to deliver it as soon as possible with no extra charge. I totally recommend this place! and I will also buy there again without a doubt.

I ordered 4 pieces together. So far only two have arrived. Strange that all 4 did not ship together....

LOVE MY PRODUCT - HUMANSCALE SIDEBOARD WITH MOUSE ON SAME TRAY

Fist order we have placed but the website was easy and simple to use. Products were well described. Once our order was placed shipping was fast.

Had a number of emails back and forth to determine if the keyboard tray would fit. In the end, the track protrudes slightly from the front of the desk. My only negative is the return policy which has a hefty discount on the refund if you have installed the item and found that it didn't fit properly.

The package was delivered quickly and promptly.

Today, I received my keyboard from Ergo Experts. It's a great keyboard tray for the price!
