I am a registered Childminder and have worked with young children in different roles for over 15 years, so I have indeed completed many first aid courses. I can honestly say that the knowledge of our instructors was extensive as they themselves have real life experience of administering first Aid. They use many a practical hands on experiences that I find a very good way to back up anyone’s confidence, which is an important part of taking this course, if you are going to put your new learned skills into practice.
