Een kleine bestelling geplaatst als test. Het kleine potje met verharder was al zo hard dat ik het nog nauwelijks kon gebruiken, na veel gesukkel heb ik dan toch een beetje kunnen gebruiken. Ik moet nu een vloer ( glanzend ) van iets meer dan 20m² bewerken maar ben reeds aan het kijken bij andere bedrijven. Laat me wel duidelijk zijn, het gaat hier zeker niet om de prijs maar wel om de kwaliteit en deze heeft mij niet overtuigd.

Ik heb al veel huizen mogen verbouwen en opnieuw mogen schilderen en ben er achter gekomen dat hierbij zelfs de verf van de Action nog heel redelijke kwaliteit heeft. De latex en houtverf van Epodex die ik recent heb gekocht is beneden iedere kwaliteit. Het is net waterverf met totaal geen dek-kracht. De kwasten en roller zijn na 2 dagen ook nog zeiknat . Echt een waardeloos merk. Nog nooit zulke troep in handen gehad.
All Good, paint arrived quickly in the UK all the way from Germany. Paint worked well direct to tiles and had good drying time and good effect after 2 coats. Highly recommended

Bedrijf is goed bereikbaar voor vragen en reageert snel. Vragen worden wel vanuit het buitenland (vertaald) beantwoord. Bestellingen werden snel geleverd. Ik had alleen wel 4x zoveel beton ciré en PU coating nodig dan werd aangeraden. Dus moest 2x bestellen. Dat is niet handig.

I had a run of bad luck with the delivery of my order, but the service I received to resolve it was just brilliant. I had been following the tracking of my order (a good 20kg of product) and had seen it arrive in my depot so I was expecting delivery any day. When it didn't arrive, I checked again & the note said the shipment was being returned. I e-mailed customer service and had a response within the hour saying they'd look into the tracking info. We double checked my address details etc. and a new shipment was on its way the very next day. Keeping tabs on the tracking, I saw it arrived, again, was waiting delivery. Tracking info changed to not being able to be delivered, so contacted Epodex again. Very unfortunately, the shipment had been damaged in transit. Again, a new shipment was on its way to me the next day. 3rd time lucky and my order arrived! To some that might not sound like a positive experience, but every dealing with customer service (thank you, Nicole!) was polite and very prompt. I was never left wondering the status of anything for longer than an hour, at the most, and even after I confirmed I received my order, communication was still prompt and friendly. I haven't had a chance to use the products yet but I wanted to leave this review solely on the fantastic experience I've had. Even before putting in my order, I had questions about the product, what I'd need, how, etc. and I used the chat function on the site, thinking it would be a bot with generic answers. But I had a very helpful and informative employee answer my questions and help me decide what I needed, as I'm new to their products. They've also said not to hesitate to contact them for any advice before I actually use the products, which is very reassuring. I have future projects that need to be done and won't hesitate to order from Epodex again. Thank you!
