Called Adnan and advised we needed an updated EPC completing quickly at 4:50pm and he offered attended same day at 6:30pm. EPC was emailed to me at 8am the following morning. At £40 this was much cheaper than other estate agents who charge up to £120. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Really good experience, the gentleman text me 15 mins before the appointed time of the visit to say he would be 15 mins late . He arrived , acted in a very professional manner, smartly dressed, measured and photographed each room, took photos of the Fensa and cavity wall insulation certificates and said the EPC would be emailed either that evening or the next day, it arrived that evening. I was very pleased with the whole process and the price.
