I've been using Entec for years at two different sites for door servicing and new install's. Never had a problem with them the office team are quick to respond to your requests and provide all the information needed including which engineers to expect on site along with DBS infromation upon request. The engineers are great always leave the job clean and tidy, they have a great sense of humor & the work is always completed on time & to a good standard.

We had an emergency and telephoned Entec about 9am on the off chance of a call out. By lunchtime we had not only had a visit but the engineer, Andy, had both diagnosed and fixed what was quite a tricky problem. I'd say probably the best and quickest service we've had in a long time! Efficient and friendly service from both the office and engineer.
