If you're advertising the test as "free" on Google, you should honor that promise and provide the test results for free. I clicked on a search result that led me to the test page. After answering an excessively long list of questions, I was disappointed to learn that the results are hidden behind a $34 paywall. This feels misleading and creates a very frustrating user experience. If you’re upfront about charging for results, that’s fine—but advertising it as a "free test" only to demand payment at the end is deceptive and leaves users feeling cheated. Please consider revising your marketing approach to build trust with potential users.

I'm a writer. I heard about Enneagram on a writer's podcast called First Draft Friday. The podcaster, Alessandra Totte, said she uses Enneagram to help her develop her characters. So I had to have it because character development is a very important part of making a great novel. I'm not disappointed. There are two documents I purchased. One is a 137-page document that goes into great detail about all the various personality types. The other was a 35-page document on my personality type. I look forward to reading all of this and maybe I'll become a better person along the way,

Allowing you to answer a very long list of questions then holding the results to ransom is just nasty. First they ask for your personal details so they can sell your data then they even demand money. Who knows if the results are any good.

The test was super accurate but I was blown away by the insight the results came with. Definitely information that can help me improve work and personal relationships.

Why pretend that you are upfront about a "FREE" test that is "NOT FREE", by claiming that in tiny grey writing somewhere on your page you state that this test was not free! That is the definition of a company that is a SCAM! I would never give my credit card info to you for that reason alone!

The Google Search shows the result as Enneagram Test (2024) AU - Free Enneagram Test. But after you answered all the questions, you find out that you have to pay. Such deceptive conduct should be reported and banned. Do not bother wasting your time, it’s not free.

I didn't find out until I had answered all 50 questions that I couldn't get any results without paying. Such a scam and dishonest site! Why not be upfront about it? I had googled free enneagram test online and this was one of the top results, too. :/

Unexpected to receive such a personal service of what I thought was a very general test. Enya is quick, courteous and professional, human and personal, not some sort of robot behind a multinational or platform. The questions for the test seemed endless to me and frankly I got a bit impatient, but therefore they give a very accurate result on one's personality and behaviour and helpful advice: recommended to do and then follow through for improvement for life!

I took the Enneagram Test twice, a few days apart. The description I received was incredibly coherent. It's interesting how we are on our good days and what we are like on our bad days. Understanding yourself and your predispositions and tendencies every day definitely helps in family relationships and working with people. In my opinion the company does really good job !!!

I appreciate that this company shares this tool for self awareness and personal growth. The report is very informative and well presented. I like the customer service. I feel like they care about my experience.

Not upfront about cost. Wasted 30 minutes of my life to take a test with no result. This website came up when I googled “Free enneagram test”. Not cool to pull a shady move like that

I am a retired clinical social worker, so I have always had an interest in personality. I had previously taken an enneagram test which told me I was a 2…It sort of fit. After all I am in a helping profession! When I decided to use this company to retake the test I was totally blown away by the results. I am actually a 4 and it fits who I am! I feel a greater sense of confidence seeing my true self reflected back to me in this way.Understanding yourself more deeply can be truly life enhancing. I highly recommend company!

Test takes 1 hour to complete and they ask for 35 euro to see the results (no indication of payment needed when starting the test).

You will not get anything without the payment! Yes there is the statement on intro page written with small and gray font, but it is written very unclear. It is not clear if you have to pay for getting your personality type or for "extensive explanations". At the end of the test, there is absolutely no result, just thanks for you answers... This is not transparent website! It would be transparent with clear statement on intro page what you get for what price. 180 questions copied from somewhere isn't worth of 32$ for just knowing your type. They just rely on you will not throw away hour of you time and pay for it.

I usually never write reviews specially negative ones but I do feel that I can save people time and money on this test - as someone who has taken multiple personality self-discovery tests, I did not enjoy how this website broke it down - It felt very negative and although every type has their pros and cons I felt it was very much “what is wrong with this type” rather than how you can use the strength of each type - for far too long we have always been shown our weaknesses rather than be taught how to lean into our strengths - Moving forward I believe what has worked for me THE BEST is learning my human design ! It reallly focuses and leans into your strengths and uses your “weaknesses” as just warnings signs rather than a statement of who you are. After I purchased this enneagram test I felt so overwhelmed and unmotivated to learn more about my type I turned off the video 2minutes in - I know this is not the case for EVERY enneagram test but I rather just stick to my human design.
