I am not one for writing bad reviews however in the later stages of the project things did deteriorate after we were given a new project manager Zain. The website is very good however not everything within the quote was stuck to for example we were promised a fully optimized site for SEO. We had a third party check the SEO out and there were numerous pages of errors, this is one thing to be wary of as this is a selling point for ElevateOM. We have now had to pay even more to sort this out and thankfully we did not go with ElevateOM for SEO and went with our new company. The website changed slightly from what was on the testing server to what went live. I had to ask several times these to be be put right and after this I was told there would be no more alterations as they had basically done enough. They had their money and that's all that had mattered it felt. I would be very careful before using this company as there are many more out there which would probably be better. I also do not expect a reply from ElevateOm either. *EDIT* Since posting this review we have had to contract another web developer to rectify issues that Elevate that were not capable of doing. It is a real shame. I would be very very wary to any new company looking to use them as once you have paid them thats all they care about.

Abdul and Chris were very patient and efficient as I submitted numerous requests for minor changes as the design evolved. The finished product is awesome and have received many compliments from other people who have viewed the draft website. Well done and thank you to them both!

The worst company ever and only bothered about money. Communication is poor and they have no willingness to help their clients. After our website being in 'progress' for 8 months and our project manager leaving, we were not handed over to anyone and continuously wrote to an email not in use before having to ring them to find out what was happening. We have been promised so many lies and when trying to come to a compromise in regards to our £1,400 deposit we have paid from our awful experience, they were not willing to give a penny back and had no sense of customer service, just completely shut down straight away. I have never in my life left a bad review, but please save your money. They do not care about small businesses.
