I had a great experience with ElevateOM on my website project. My site came out exactly as I envisioned. The team are really knowledgeable and very responsive... Cristine, Avinash, and Sunil. I would recommend them for your project!

Cowboys! They got rid of all my great keywords and replaced them with useless ones for my business. They added "Affordable Prices" to my description even though that is not what I am offering. They locked out my website so I couldn't use it for vital client work and I couldn't even log into my own website. They did all of this without letting me know what they were up to and they were very difficult to reach to get any answers. Now unless I turn things around very quickly I have gone from being very successful to being on the verge of bankruptcy thanks mostly due to their incompetence.

The website design is just what I wanted, the team helped greatly with ideas and designed a great logo. My queries were responded to promptly and the team was professional at all times.

Please be very careful with this company, they are very dishonest and unreliable. I paid their former Company almost £5,000 for a fully functional website and app, but they are now holding my project hostage and refusing to hand it back to me or refund the money I have paid. I will be seeking damages if this goes to court for the damage to my mental health in all this. This project started in August 2020 and I have been bullied by the company since I made the first payment. They are liquidating the previous company (WebcreationUK) but continuing the same underhand and dishonest tactics under a new name. They say my project is with the liquidator, but the liquidator has confirmed that my project is with this current company (ElevateOM) . They seem to enjoy seeing others in distress and taking people’s hard earned money without giving them much to show for the money, time and energy spent. I have now proven that I was in contact with WebCreationUK at the point of liquidation, so by law I should have been notified of the liquidation. They have acted illegally and now they refusing me a refund or my site files. They might as well put balaclavas on and steal purses on the street, because that is exactly what they are doing from the comfort of their offices.

Avoid like the plague. Unprofessional, data protection not taken seriously. A Company willing to communicate and share your sensitive business information and property with anyone who contacts them without doing relevant checks. Once they were informed of the security breach, they continued communicating and offered to do my business model with the imposter with of no legal ownership, trying to steal my new business venture. This will be reported to the relevant authorities.

It has been great to work with Elevate my site is coming as I want to and the staff is helpful, paciente and well knowledgeable in what they do. They are fast on delivery but with the results one wants. If you need to contact them the will reply fast and always ready to help and advise. You really can’t go wrong.

ElevateOM is a great company. I found it easier to work with them as their communication channel is excellent and their work was perfect. Just that I wanted my website to look like. I will recommend them to anyone looking for websites builders.
