We’ve booked through Elegant quite a few time, but this is a first time for me, not with my husband! David Jordan makes it all so simple.

They provided a competitive quote and more importantly provided plenty of information on choices - confirming available tee times was something other companies wouldn't do until you booked, but it helped us feel confident in booking rather than having to keep our fingers crossed. On a personal level I felt like they were there to help me make a good choice - 2 other companies made me feel like a nuisance when I wanted quotes for other room types.

I've booked several golfing breaks with EGR and have always had the best service. The agents are so helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything is to your taste .... nothing is too much trouble. The choice and standard of hotels and golf courses is top notch. Myself, and those enjoying the experiences with me, have always been entirely satisfied.

Every year our group gets quotes for Turkey packages from Elegant competitors but we have always been well looked after by David Jordan and he has matched or beaten the price given by others. You just can't get better service than Elegant Golf.

Thought arrangements made by elegant resorts were great. Matrix looked after us well also. Unfortunately I contracted serious bowel infection which manifest itself in early hours of Friday 6th and is still ongoing. I spent Tuesday 10th on a drip at North Staffs University Hospital . This infection either water or food( steak restaurant at Maax Royal) related has caused severe diarrhoea leading to dehydration and as a result atrial fibrillation. Pity it spoiled a Great holiday
