Again, we accept that the quotation is not necessarily the cheapest but we are confident that the comprehensive service is worth the little extra in terms of the level of customer care from the outset. Deighton was brilliant. Very quick to respond and was able to provide detail when asked. He worked very quickly to get the best package for us and left nothing to chance - such a change from other provider used in the past.
