After finding their Instagram which had numerous posts telling people they are Australian owned and to not buy cheap products from Temu, SHEIN, Ali baba and the like I thought I was supporting a quality product made here and spent $225 on shimmer panels. What they did was order them from Ali Express and accidentally send me the shipping info for when that order was to arrive at the Melbourne Depo (I’m in WA so I thought it was really weird saying it had been delivered to Melbourne.) Then I messaged them about this and they said they would send me a new tracking number which was obviously them then shipping THEIR Ali Express order to me. When I finally got the delivery in was in an Ali Express box and the panels were cheap, scratched, and even had dirt on them in some places. Rather than deal with this sham company again after emailing them calling them out I saved myself the hassle and bought the same panels direct from Ali Express (clean this time) and $150 cheaper. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! They buy from overseas and then pretend it’s Aussie made, look at their Instagram posts! Absolute Liars!

My sign is 1000% better than I even expected! I love this thing so much. I can't wait to buy more signs from this company. Their work is top notch, their customer service is fabulous, and they are a generous and kind company to boot!

Communication could be better. I was charged incorrectly and then felt the customer service could have been better in terms of the refund.

I have ordered numerous products for both business and personal use. Delivery was prompt and all products were as advertised. I did have a small issue with one of my signage, which was replaced quickly. Communication is relatively fast through email, would definitely recommend and am having fun with my current buys.

The item sent was as is in the picture. Time before was upgraded due to being out of stock. I would have preferred that one again. Tried several times to call and left messages prior to my order because I could not see it on the website. Disappointed no one got back to me.

Loved the finished product, was exactly as pictured Ordering off website was easy. I ordered a bit late and they got it made for me on time as it was a surprise 50th gift. Would order again.
