The website is user friendly and very easy to navigate, which made it less stressful in finding information on the mattress I was looking for. I got the Ego Black Hybrid king, and let me tell you... Bye bye back, shoulder, neck, every body part pain!! It's been about a month now and I have no regrets! Just the right amount of firm and soft all in one. I was able to open the package it came in and allow it to "breathe" for a full 72 hours before using it. It's also a great price for what you're getting. I bought an expensive mattress 9 months ago from somewhere else and hated it! My daughter and I both woke up with body pains daily. This new Ego Hybrid mattress is a blessing, thank you Ego Home for making it easy and being honest with your product descriptions. I'll be buying again for my 5 year old soon.

One of the best beds I've bought in 30 years so far and well worth the price I bought the king for 798 plus I got the bamboo sheet set btw no sweating and heavy for sheets111.99 and are also some of the best sheets I have bought the bed which is cheaper than store mattresses it's equivalent to the sertta cool gel foam mattress which I also have and paid 2300 for the queen this is coming from a retired combat veteran

My shipment was suppose to be delivered Tuesday March 19, 2024. The package was in Bloomington, CA. It was stuck there for 3 days then I checked the location again and it was all the way in New Jersey! Now it's back tracking all the way back to CA.

I love this bed it’s very nice , and I haven’t had a single back pain since I got it . It was a little too firm for me. So I had to buy a mattress topper, but overall very happy with it !

Best night sleep in a decade! The mattress is amazing! It is comfortable and has the perfect amount of support. Ordering and shipping was easy and exceptionally user friendly. The mattress was delivered earlier than predicted which was fantastic! The bed frame was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The mattress fully expanded within 4 hours and had absolutely no off gassing smell. I ordered this specific mattress due to it being made with latex-free foam as I am very allergic to latex. That has been the best decision as I had a difficult time finding a foam mattress that had absolutely no latex or latex related products in the past. I highly recommend this mattress and frame as I have had the best sleep in a decade!

Received my mattress in 3 days of ordering it. Easy enough to get out of the box myself and onto my bed frame. I let it sit out for a day and a half before sleeping on it. Extremely comfortable! I have no complaints, it’s been 7 days.

I purchased a 3 inch memory foam topper in twin xl. My husband and I have a king size bed and a brand new mattress that is firm which is great for him but not so much for me. I wasn't sure if it would work to put a twin topper on my side of the bed, but it works great! It does take up a little more room than half the bed, but my husband never even noticed. I also wasn't sure which thickness to get so I just went in the middle with the 3 inch. It's very comfortable and my sleep score on my fit bit has improved. I did get the "cooling" one but I haven't noticed that it keeps me cooler than before having it. I still sweat. The topper came in 2 days which I was very pleased about! Reasonably priced and great product!

It’s near perfect and I was very scared and skeptical so I’m really happy to say that… shipping was fast, I got a metal king frame, king mattress and 2inch topper all with in a week. The frame is very sturdy and easy to put together the mattress inflated within 24 hours had a expected chemical smell that went away after two days the topper was too soft for me at first but after the second night it’s near perfect I love how I sink into it and it cradles me I was tossing and turning but now I’m sleeping straight threw the night with less hip pain I also got two pillows the they’re nice but start off kind of hard over all I give it a 4.7 out of 5 I’m a single make 5’9 210 lbs

It would be great if there was sizing on the plastic wrap since in their policy says once opened they won't return or exchange. Anyways it was a gift for my daughter but the wrong size was ordered and nothing about size on the plastic wrap so she opened it to find out it was wrong size. Of course Egohome doesn't care bc it's in their police that no one knows about until after the fact. I ordered the correct size which came quick and my daughter loves it.
