Absolutely delicious, fresh and very timely service. No complaints.

Despite ordering for a specific date the order was dispatched early. I contacted them twice to rectify, the first time I was assured it was fine but still received communication to the contrary. So I contacted them again, the second time was after the order had been shipped incorrectly. So they had to recall it. This was a present for an occasion so the wrong date would of ruined the present. I got no apology for the inconvenience

The arrangement was lovely & my boyfriend really loved it. Only downfall was the fact that they used DPD as the courier and for some strange reason they delivered to the wrong door so my boyfriend had to go & get his own surprise. Which actually ruined the element of the surprise lol

The website pictures look so nice, when my friend sent me a picture of what arrived, the wine and chocolate bucket, I was disappointed. There was nothing special about it they way it looked and the cellophane wrapping was crushed.

I ordered late the day before but my delivery was perfectly timed post lunch with text alerts to let me know it how far away it was. Product was fresh, ripe and delicious. Could not fault it and will definitely keep in mind to do it again sometime soon.

I used this website to get a present for my daughter's birthday. I wanted something different and special and was delighted with the gift. My daughter was also delighted with it. The presentation was gorgeous and she received the gift on her birthday. I will definitely be using your website again.

I am absolutely disappointed, I paid extra to ensure my cousin’s edible blooms got to her in time for her birthday- September 10th. She still hasn’t received them!? I was going to order some for my Auntie in England for Christmas but I don’t trust that she will get them.

Chocolates and beer were well received and presentation was amazing. However, charging 10 pounds as a special Sunday delivery rate but having the gift arrive on Monday was not professional. I would like to add I have used this service many times and this is the first time this has happened, but there was no communication or acknowledgement of the delayed delivery, which is very disappointing.

Amazing level of customer service from Edible Blooms, nothing is too much trouble for them. I cannot thank them enough. The Pastel 20 Mixed bouquet was very much appreciated by my daughter. Will definitely be using them again.
