The product was packaged very nicely and it was very good. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star and not 5 is because the original day I had schedule the delivery for, the driver that day, Alpha, didn't even wait 2 min even though the receiving person had said she is coming down in 2 min. So the package had to redelivered the next day. But the driver for next day, Abdi, did an amazing job and left the package as instructed.

Ordered same day delivery on a Saturday morning to a London based Hotel to congratulate my friends on their engagement on their weekend away! It was delivered that morning and looked beautiful (it was the Lindt edible bouquet and Moët) the note looked lovely and I also ordered the personalised bow with their names and the date which looked delightful and gave a personal touch. Really easy process to order and it arrived so quickly- delighted with the service!

It was my auntie's 85 birthday celebration. I'm living in America and over here we use Edible Arrangements so I decided to check to see if they have the same thing or something similar. The product is good but the service was poor. I ordered on wednesdsy,1st December requesting delivery on Thursday, 2nd December, but my son did not receive his gift until Saturday 4th December. I contacted Edible Blooms on the Friday to ask where my order is, they said they would contact the courier to expedite delivery but this obviously did not happen. Hugely disappointing. I will not be using Edible Blooms again.

Ordered a gift for a friends engagement to be delivered on a Saturday. Got a call from the courier saying no one was in to take it but advised not to leave it by the door and that it could be collected from the shop. The shop then rang and advised it was fine to collect on the Monday ( as the shop closed within 30mins of the deliver slot). I then received an email 45mins later saying that I would be charged if I collected it Monday for a brand new bouquet. Conflicting guidance.
