I initially left a bad review as the deck received were not of a good quality. The company messaged me and tried to rectify the issue but since the decking was already done they could not change it so gave 5 more decking as compensation. I would suggest everyone who receives bad quality deck to contact the company first. They will exchange it. I love how the company are willing to rectify the issues.

Very pleased with all aspects of the service. Their website is very detailed and easy to use. The ordering process was straightforward. The quality of my picket fence was way better than the offerings from certain large DIY stores and cheaper to boot. Not only that but, unlike the oppositions' eDeck's were planed and had a good number of slats per metre. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful, as was customer service when I rang for advice. Will certainly use again.

Not sure what I can say but I ordered a fence panel, it arrived when they said it would and as fence panels go I'd say in my limited experience of them that it's a fine panel. It's everything I hoped for in a panel.
