From day one they made us feel welcome and have done nothing but go out of their way to help make sure our store has been a tremendous success. Overall experience was a net loss. To be fair, my stores were opened when Amazon began to crack down on the dropshipping business model so things might be different now. Hope things run smoothly because if something happens, you are on your own despite the many assurances. Very important to share why this isn’t a 1-star review. I requested Dan return my initial investment and to his credit he sent back the entire sum. Man of his work!

I have done business with Ecom Authority and Dan Cohen for over two years. No business is perfect, and many situations can pop up out of everyone's control. What you can control, is how you respond and Dan has always been beyond fair on how he has handled every aspect of this business. He always seems to try to do the right thing, regardless if he is required to or how long it will take to get accomplished. He has always went above and beyond and kept great integrity. Working directly with him for the last two years, its his character that I have appreciated the most. He continues to do everything he can to improve the business and do right by his clients.

I signed on with Ecom Authority back in late febuary of 2023. I vetted a few companies and felt most comfortable trusting them with my money to invest. Things started out a bit slow which is normal when starting any business I suppose. But since I've been with them its been only getting better and better. Whenever i have concerns and reach out to them theyre very quick to respond and address any issues or just answer any questions I have. The owner Dan himself is very quick to respond which is great. Some of my inventory hit the 90 day point and they honored theyre 90 day buy back gauruntee qucikly! My store is starting to turn over inventory and start to get on a roll. Hopeful for the future and planning to be with them for a long time.

The team are some of the most responsive I have met. I trusted the company with a small investment early this year and am now going in big with $100k. The onboarding is a long and detailed process as this company makes sure everything is done right. Be patient follow the process and ask questions if you are concerned. Will be back to further review based on even more future success.

I attended the Miami warehouse tour yesterday with about 30+ other store owners from around the country. It was great meeting key members of the Ecom Authority team, like Dawson, Dan, Vinny, Francisco, Carlos and others. They gave a tour of the warehouse, discussed the prep, pack and ship process as well as demistify some of the nuances of the Amazon FBA processes. Overall it was a great few hours spent.

I gave five stars because the presentation looks good. My concerns are that Insee no one discussing the operations, service and money they have made. Everyone is talking about just trying to get the store front up. Is anyone up and selling? How much of your personal involvement do you all have with your store front that many are still awaiting?

What I liked about the company is that the opportunity it advertises sounds good and I was hoping to get into it ASAP. But the service, getting in touch with someone to get updated on the status of the store I have purchased, and basiclly the whole process if too slow. I also asked to visit the store in Los Angeles, they told me there is one and I would be able to visit, but now they tell me that store is closed! This made me a little suspiscious.

Vinny been great he has been keeping me informed and working hard to get my store up & running.

This company has an energetic team to support the customers which makes me very glad. Its products are outstanding and very comfortable to use. Just I am overwhelmed.

Good and useful

I wanted this company to be legit so bad because it sounds so great. When you start to look at reviews though you can see a trend. All of the good reviews are very foreign names with only one review. They are obviously paid reviews. I asked for contact info for current clients so I could ask about the process and surprisingly they provided them. The sales person was very insistent that I text them first so they can expect my call. I thought that was fishy so I cold called the first one and he answered the phone “this is Nate with Ecom authority” hmmm interesting that just an Amazon seller would answer the phone that way. I asked what the name of his store was so I could look at the type of products were on it and he said his store name was yoga mate. If you try to google yoga mate Amazon all you get is thousand of Amazon yoga mats. They know that which is why they picked this name knowing you will never be able to even attempt to find a store named that. Funny enough the next “client” I called said the same thing. He said his store name was yoga mate also (claiming they don’t sell yoga stuff but just like yoga a lot so they just picked a random name)… scam scam scam. Run from this company. They collect all of the money up front because they know you will never succeed. They will claim I am a competitor trying to tarnish their name. I am not. Google me. I do not recommend anyone participate in any form of e-commerce franchise model (even their competitors) there are too many scams out there. Heed this warning or this review will haunt you the rest of your life. They flagged my review for removal claiming it wasn’t based on “an actual experience” with the company. I had to provide proof via screenshots of my emails with the sales team. So if you are reading this review it has quite literally been proven to be as legitimate review. Imagine how many peoples reviews have been removed that didn’t follow up with proof of their interaction with the company. *** response I gave no fake names when talking to your sales team and continued to receive sales calls from them after speaking with your “clients” I’m not sure how one uses a fake number…. If I called them from a number it must be real I imagine. As I suspected you would claim I am a competitor. That is why I explicitly recommended that NOBODY participate in ANY e-commerce franchise (EVEN YOUR COMPETITORS) the only thing fake here is your good reviews and it couldn’t be more obvious. You got busted. Accept it and move on.
