I’ve been a customer of e cig wizard for over a year now and I need to let everyone who vapes know what an amazing first class company this is! From day one my vapes have arrived on time. They do amazing multi buy deals and they give you points on purchases, on sign up, and on your birthday! Points can be redeemed for lots of things but I like to redeem them for £10 or £20 vouchers. They are very helpful when I’ve had any issues by sending out replacement vapes on the rare occasion that I’ve had a faulty one. They use Royal Mail delivery service which is free unless you need it sent next day but they always arrive 2 days later because they are quick and efficient with posting them out! (Order by 3pm) I’ve just had a lovely chat with Stacey from customer service who rang to inform me a vape I ordered was out of stock and she needed to know which flavour I’d like instead. Honestly this company are brilliant! Ecig Wizard! You can’t go wrong! 😍
