10 minutes is no where near enough time and the extended costs are out rageously high. Far to much chatting. Understand that a client and psychic need to talk but time should not start until the reading actually starts

I Supposed to talk Alva but they said no One by that name works there so I was disappointed on that end and I talked to someone else nothing that I really need to know it just was said

The reader was completely unprofessional and laughed at me twice during the reading that i was charged $99 for. I hung up the last time the reader laughed at me. It was by far the worst experience ever
