I ordered some panels and trims and when I was fitting them I decided it would look better with a square trim rather than the curved one, so I decided to order the square trim unfortunately this would mean a £20 delivery charge for something that was only £7.50 but it was what I wanted so went ahead. When it was delivered I got the curved one again, so phoned up to complain and was told their suppliers had sent them the wrong one and they were also out of stock for the square one, they said they would refund the £7.50 back and would talk to the manager about maybe some of the delivery. Didn't get any refund or hear anything back so phoned again to be told it was the accounting department's fault. They did eventually refund the £7.50 but not any of the delivery charge, so I was left with a part that I didn't order or want.

Delivery was great, and the fitting of the red brick effect walls was easy (according to the fitter). It looks exactly as I imagined and I thoroughly recommend the product for quality and value for money.

We decided to update our bathroom using panels from easy panels & booked a fitter as we’re both so busy. The ordering was easy and the panels were delivered 5 days later. Unfortunately 50% of the panels arrived damaged. I rang the company and explained , they were helpful and friendly and asked for photos of the damage which i sent via email and they replied promptly . We had to rearrange our fitter to come a week later and this was the only available date he had prior to Xmas holidays. The company were sending replacement panels out however they did not arrive in time for the new fitting appointment. With no other option Our fitter was able to work around the damaged panels, luckily the length we needed was a fair bit shorter than the panel length but this took longer to fit than anticipated. As the company had requested we return the damaged panels I called them to say that as they hadn’t arrived we had , had to work around the damage making use of the faulty product and were just one strip short now as there were unusable parts. They then decided that we needed to pay for the pack of panels that were already on the van for delivery . I did pay over the phone because obviously I couldn’t risk them cancelling the order. The replacement pack arrived at 7.30am today , driver was great. I asked him to wait a moment while I checked the condition of the panels. Once again two large cracks straight down the edge of two of the panels. The driver took the pack back to the van and switched it for another pack. We checked the second pack and this pack seemed to have damage to just one panel out of the four so I accepted that one. The panels look lovely once up, the staff are friendly and the ordering process is easy. Please be aware though that these panels arrive in a plastic bag, they are super fragile and there is nothing at all to protect them in transit. I wouldn’t recommend or order again and I honestly feel like it’s wrong and we’ve been ripped off as we had to pay for replacements of easy panels damaged products.

All delivered on time but once installing panels and adding one on top of the other I realised that the slats didn’t all meet up …. So I’m left with a few noticeably gaps!!

These panels were excellent quality and exactly as described. I was super impressed not only by the panels but also the delivery was quick and turned up in the allotted time specified
