Lovely panels, delivered on time, good communication
Ordered 5 mm panels,needed more but had to space my orders,only for them to be discontinued with no notice at all from them and then had to return the 5mm trims I had bought as they were redundant only to be charged a 20% restocking fee!!! Still waiting on my refund and it's been over 2 weeks since I returned them,absolutely shocking customer service on top they couldn't care less once they have taken your money AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Both panels were damaged on the edge. Some joker put a smiley face next to the damage with a marker. This meant I could not fit the panels up to the ceiling. Corner joint too loose for the panel. Colour not white - more a cream colour. This is very noticeable. The edge beads and corner are much whiter.
Very impressed with quality of panels and accessories purchased. Service very good and driver very polite and helpfull. Superb all round. Would recommend using this company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself
My plumber has just opened one of the panels that I ordered and there's a hole in it. The panels ain't cheap £48 each. He has started the bathroom today. I am very disappointed and not happy with the quality.
Just received my order for x5 panels for a bedroom project. I found Easy Panels on Facebook and visited their website which was informative and easy to navigate. Selected my chosen panels but had a problem with the delivery range against my postcode...I ordered from EasyPanels as they had a landline phone number, called spoke to a helpful girl who helped me with the delivery address issue, all sorted. delivery within 3-4 days, and sure enough that happened down to the exact time by the friendly Alex.
