I would urge people to avoid !!! 1. Easy as hgv charge a fee far greater than what can be sourced privately, in my case almost twice as much. 2.Easy as hgv are a broker and not a training provider so with this they can't tell you where you will be doing your training or the availablity locally until you have paid the course in full. 3.Despite assuring people they will be guaranteed a job , in truth they don't actually try to help you find employment. 4. Constantly being given misinformation. Best to avoid !!!
I sent a deposit of £200 to start my online training. This was all done over the phone and I didn't sign anything. I was offered the opportunity to do my HGV training with another company who were going to employ me. I didn't access the online training at all. I asked for a refund, and was told it would be fine, then the customer service (ha!) refused, on the grounds it cost them that to register my account. And it was in the T&C. Except I wasn't sent any T&Cs. Only a not saying if I didn't use the online service in 90 days, they would need to re-register me. At a cost of £25. I'm very curious how suddenly the cost is £200, when they themselves said in the initial email it was £25. Absolute scammers and liars.
I was lucky enough to have started my HGV journey with easy as HGV as they helped me a lot I can list names but they are all good helpers in everything. Worked with Dylan, Charlotte, Michael and they helped me thought sorting out all the trainings till I got my licence and they are willing to negotiate and make a suitable offer for your needs.

It's was really helpful training especially Mr Mehrab and Sam guided me throughout the procedure which made me ease and comfort , they were available always and so kind .

Has a free questions spoken to Mehrab he gave me lots of hints and tips on what to do & look out for also helped set a safety net just incase things didn't go to plan but fingers crossed I had a blast... passed everything on the first attempt Training done!!! Now the recruitment team are going to help jump into action to get me on the road to success. A Big Thank You to all above mentioned, making my experience amazing. All in all really helpful in setting up times for tests and training times that suited me, the only thing that I would say would be that the CPC course wasn’t communicated well enough, I do think it should be included as part of the c and e training package or explained that it is required to drive professionally. I had an extra fee to pay and more courses to do during my training. These courses and tests however were all put in place during my physical training so there was not much impact on how long this took. Really good at keeping communication and checking in after test days to see how I was doing and quite responsive to my questions via emails so I was constantly informed of what my next steps were.
Took all the stress out of the process by booking and sorting everything for me. Always available if you have any questions or need information.
Helped me with my cpc made everything so easy, staff very helpful would definitely recommend them.

Great support and good communication during the whole process
I did mine in 2018and fought this for 2 years but thought, I could write a review to warn people.... Easy as HGV sell you products that you don't need. Don't buy extra CPC courses like I did when booking your HGV courses. Once you do the module 4, that covers you for 5 years. I was told the extra course would cover me for 10 years, which is a lie. By the time I did my theory courses and started the practical stuff 2 months had passed and that's when I was told by an instructor "that's not how it works" so I contacted Easy as HGV and they said sorry you get 14 days to cancel and that time has elapsed. You get 1 year to book the extra course...so you still have 4 years left. Why would you do another 5 year course so close. It should not be sold as you can't hold more than 5 years at a time. By doing this course it just starts your 5 years again. Even if you only did a course a week before. You can't hold 10 years CPC which is how it was sold to me. They prey on new passes who are likely to not know this until it's too late to cancel. I was fuming as it's clearly aimed at new drivers who wouldn't know they don't need it until after the time had elapsed. Scam!
