The tips were well made; the fit well and are very comfortable, and they do not alter the sound alot, I honestly think it sounds better. Giving only 4 stars tho since it took a bit longer than 3 weeks before shipping started, altho shipping was fast given that I live at the other side of the globe. Overall a great experience, would definitely buy again in the future.

I had custom earbuds made for my Airpod Pro 2s, and they work flawlessly. Now my wireless headphones don't fall out when I exercise or eat (chewing always used to work one or the other out of my ear), and I don't have to constantly push them back into position. I can't say enough good things about them. I also bought the case to store the earbuds with the wireless headphones. I like the case, but the earbuds don't stay in the lid compartment where they are meant to. I'd add a second strip of elastic fabric across the top half of the lid (not just the bottom half), so they stay in place, but it's not a big design problem. I just find them on top of the charging case when I unzip and open the carrying case on occasion.

*I want to preference this by saying this is my first pair of custom in-ears.* Although the product was delayed in getting to me, it fit my ears completely. However, at first I couldn’t hear out of the left ear. After careful examination, I noticed that the left ear canal had a blockage. I had to take a pin to clear out the material obstruction in the middle of the canal. This is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. After that, I went on to use them on stage for a performance and they’re the best fit I’ve ever had.

Product delivers as advertised. Makes a big improvement over the stock eartips. Good price, fast shipping.

They work pretty good. I’ve used them 3 times and there doesn’t seem to be any water getting into my ear. Great job👍🏼

Custom plugs for my AirPods are so dope

Eartune has great customer service, they told me to get my impression redone because the Audiologist didn’t follow the directions. It took a few extra weeks to get my first AirPod Pro Custom IEM Tips, but they were totally worth it. I have since ordered another pair of AirPod Pro tips with the new adapter, a pair of shooting ear plugs, and I just ordered a set of live music ear plugs. I love the quality of the ear tips, nothing standard fits and stays in my ears, so Eartune is my best option.

Customer Service is where Eartune stands out for me. I had left a review about memory foam eartips not fitting properly. They immediately followed up and offered the next size down for me to try. They worked well. This experience led me to choosing this company for custom iem molds for my AirPod Pros.

Description did not let me know I need to turn off a function of my Bose earbuds to use my ear tune product. After I asked the so called technical department about how to get them to work , I figured it out myself. Paying this much for the Bose ear buds plus the cost of the ear tune and not being able to use this function was not worth the money. Plus the sound quality was severely diminished when they did work. I would not recommend this product if you have the Bose quite comfort model.

I ordered and received my molding kit very quickly. I then waited for my earpieces to be manufactured. After the estimated production time I inquired about the status of my order and was told that there were delays in production. After another four weeks I inquired again and was told there were delays in production. My order was finally shipped after a couple more weeks and arrived before the date that the usps said it would. Well worth the wait. The ear pieces fit as promised and are everything the company has promised.

They are a great upgrade ! They 100% stay in my ears while mowing. The mower always seemed to vibrate the Apple AirPod Pros out and that was trying all three sizes. Not now ! Great product and would recommend to anyone.
