I had ordered the wrong label printer and staff was kind enough to call me and double check that my order was correct as the label maker I ordered didn’t match the correct label size. I forgot the name of the lovely lady who helped me so much, she helped me select the correct label printer and order it then had it shipped on the same day. Printer came and was easy to put together and set up! Extremely happy with the products and the amazing service! Thank you so much.

selecting replacement tape needs to be better, I accidently bought a size that my level of machine cant use. selecting all tapes filtering by different machines then version and then different models still results in miss orders. I need a space where i can put a unit number into and get the right tape for my machine.

Ordered a replacement power cord for label printer, it has taken 3 weeks for the order to be picked up by the carrier company. It was noted that deliveries would be delayed due to Covid-19, and a 7-10 day time frame quoted for this delay, 4 weeks seems excessive.
