My Dymo label maker arrived promptly and well-packaged but just doesn't work very well. Letters over-write each and some letters only emboss faintly. Which was disappointing. Edited to add that they got back to me first thing Monday morning and are replacing my label maker. Great service!

Thought I was buying directly from Dymo. Turns out it’s a third party. I bought what appeared to be stock available but after my order was submitted I received an email (from the third party I originally thought was spam) saying there would be a 4 week delay. I canceled my order and it was processed quickly.

The product was not in stock when I ordered it (which I knew at the time). But to improve on 3 star rating I would expect some pro-active communication on when I might expect it. The only correspondence I've received in the three weeks since I ordered it are multiple requests for ratings, so here it is. (Edit - yes I did receive an email on 4 July from Mega Thing which went to spam. I ordered from Dymo Online and didn't make the connection)
