My experience with Dufeu has been a-maze-ing! I cannot fault them in anyway whatsoever! From initial contact over the phone to day of installation and beyond the team at Dufeu have gone above and beyond to provide an A1 service and cannot recommend them enough.

In 30 years of business, I have never come across such a poor excuse of an IT company. As a charity, we are entitled to apply for free Microsoft software, instead Dufeu charged us for years without considering this. Communication is non existent, when as a client you are asking them for information. Good customer service and general politeness should be a given, whether you have just started a business relationship or whether you are ending a relationship. Do not use.

I am only a small business and didn't think I could afford to use a 3rd party to support my computers etc but when I found Dufeu, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. It's like having my own IT department of experienced professionals for a tiny fraction of the cost. Highly recommended
