Jan was incredibly helpful with the sizing and making of a very small bow tie for a dachshund puppy. Her communication was amazing and she couldn’t have been more helpful in working out the size required ,and even refunded me some money as she advised l had ordered too big a size !! She also made it and posted it in double quick time to meet my deadline - so, all in all ,a superb little company!!

Absolutely loved the bandana I recently purchased! My collie cross Hattie looked gorgeous in it. Unfortunately she managed to loose it the very first time she wore it on a walk.

I ordered two dog bandanas which were delivered promptly and were well packaged. Not yet used as they will be a gift from "Santa" to my granddaughter's dog but they appear to be well made and good quality.

Ordered two bandanas, both are gorgeous, great material and comfortable on my dog who loves them. Would have been 5 stars but one of the bandanas tore on day two. No biggie as it is at the top and I can cut it and it will be fine as it is generously sized. Fantastic customer service, love the personalised notes from Jan and Skye Blue, emails and packaging. Would highly recommend.
