An assessment was done in November. I never received it. I was told by the assessor I needed a Wifi booster to remove some dead zones. Then the installation was cancelled twice on the day of the appointment, the 2nd time without informing me. I lost trust in DTS and cancelled everything. The advance was refunded but not the assessment. I received the assessment after the cancellation of the appointment. The conclusion of the assessment was a fault on the line. I contacted an Open Reach engineer which concluded there’s no fault on the line. The conclusion of the assessment was wrong but DTS is still turning down the refund of the assessment. Moreover, why hide the report for a month and a half and push me to an expensive WiFi installation if there was a fault on the line? Don’t trust this company, they’ll push you to an expensive WiFi booster when my problem was simply solved by increasing the speed of my broadband.

Excellent service from explaining the options available to me, to the superb technician who came out and fitted my cctv system and took me through the applications it had! (As I’m not the most tech savvy of person). I know that if I need anything cctv related in the future I’ve got all the bases covered.

Anthony managed to squeeze in our emergency request and couldn’t have been more helpful. He quickly ascertained the cause of the issues and set about resolving them whilst also vastly improving our existing system. In an hour we were all sorted, back up and running on TVs, PC’s, as well as systems installed on apps of smart devices. I will admit I am the least techie person and using my very vague explanation he effectively improved functionality, speed and overall performance of all WiFi, security cameras, HIVE and HIK Vision systems. All wires were tidied and neatly condensed at the end and a thorough explanation of the work provided, as well as advice for future tweaks such as addition of more boosters. Anthony is both highly knowledgeable as well as personable, and patiently answered all of my many questions. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

DTS have been incredibly helpful and have delivered on their promises to deliver internet that works and a home automation system that is a joy to use. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with - Yamen was brilliant and even once the job was finished was always available to answer any follow on questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fast turnaround from initial enquiry to installation. The installer, Ash, was methodical, tidy, happy to explain everything and left us with a vastly improved home network. V happy.

I struggled for half a year with a flaky internet connection, especially in my office, despite having a 200mb wifi contract, and non-operational Cat5 cabling, hence bought expensive wifi add-ons, spent days, to no avail. Anthony & Barry from DTS came and sorted it out within 20min (!!). Internet in my office is good enough for a space ship now. Also offered other pragmatic solutions to enhance performance throughout the house. GREAT JOB and thank you again!

My security camera were installed in November 2020. I became aware i had cameras error on my phone. Tried all day to sort it myself, via U.tube. Eventually texted Dts.Lomdon requesting a call back in the morning. Received an immediate response advising me how to rectify the issue. Sorted. Very impressed.

Owner is an absolutely terrible person to deal with. Charged me 160 pounds for a service that he was unable to provide and refused to give a refund. No morals or ethics, let alone integrity. Also told me my one negative review was worth nothing to them as they have people internally who submit positive reviews for them.

Technicians are super professional too, ensure tailor made solution for your house and your family. I recommend DTS to everyone now. With covid and even post covid with still a lot of work from home, this has been life changing work and studies wise. Same benefit on the entertainment part as well by the way. Well done DTS
