DTS were very conscientious in their approach and communication was very good. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it to a highly professional standard for the agreed price.
An excellent installation. The door works perfectly and the result is clean and unobtrusive. It is a great boon to the elderly, as the manually opened door was heavy and some had difficulty in opening it, especially when carrying parcels or shopping. The resulting installation is clean and looks as if it was always there.

Anthony spent a long time adapting the quote to our requirements, and came up with a generous package. O'Neil as foreman was thorough in taking into account the special needs of the church, and was able to find creative solutions to issues. The company was prepared to adapt and change as the work went on, so keeping everyone happy.

What a great job. Honest openion. Order was placed during bank holidays but still staff was able to confirm my order and was been fulfilled successfully in time given. Engineers were very friendly and listen carefully all our requests. Definitely recommend never go wrong.

Jamal and Ash did a fantastic job installing the cameras and made sure I was entirely happy with the positioning and coverage. They also took the time to install the App and walk me through how everything operates. DTS London have been great throughout the process and very accommodating, working around completion of a difficult build project.
My car show room was lacking in security one call to Dtslondon and 10 days later excellent system fully operational with amazing hd pictures. also got them to improve our Wifi network in our building 5 star rating indeed.

I had a cctv system installed yesterday and I must say O'Neill and Raheem were very friendly and professional. They provided a top notch professional service therefore I would highly recommend DTS for this reason. O'Neill especially made sure that the job was done to perfection and that I get what I paid for. Thank you guys. My only quibble is that it says on the invoice that I could pay 7 days from date of instalment but DTS demanded the rest of the instalment upfront on the day it was installed. UPDATE: i was promised a Certificate of Warranty and Welcome Pack received neither. They keep saying they possted it but it has been 2 weeks and nothing. Stars docked because of this Update: Received the Certificate of Warranty at last . Amended the star rating to 4 star.
