I was so disappointed when the quilt cover arrived as it isn't grey as described, it's more of a pink. Unfortunately Dtexhomes don't give refunds unless the product is faulty. I didn't realise this & because of the refunds policy will not shop with them again.,

I ordered, and paid for, a fleece blanket. After payment was taken I was emailed to say the item was out of stock and would I like a different colour - I was told to reply to the email. I have had no response to the reply and have not been refunded for the amount paid.

I have bought a few duvet covers and pillowcases from Dtexhomes and they are my favourite items in my linen closet. The quality is great and the prices are very competitive - so what's not to like?!

I like the quality and price of these Egyptian Cotton 800 TC fitted sheets, price is very competitive too. I’ve given 5 Stars but the only thing I was disappointed with was the choice of courier (Evri) This courier company often give their drivers way too many deliveries to complete in one shift. Mine was due between 15:30 - 17:30 hours and at 19:24 hours it was listed as undeliverable. It was then delivered on the following afternoon. This issue is not down to DTEX but I would prefer they used a better courier and charged a couple of pounds extra. It’s no fun waiting in so long for a delivery that doesn’t turn up. Try using DPD or DHL please
