I've been utilising DSR Tax Refunds Ltd for the past 5+ years and can honestly state his services are unrivalled; he's a real, down-to-earth guy who's always prepared to help. When I'm in question, I know I can rely on them to either lead me in the correct direction or to have things sorted out for me as quickly as they can. I strongly suggest their services and promise that after you've utilised them, you'll never look back.

Present situation of Coronavirus pandemic; working from home cause increase in my home expenses which is quite stressful but through the support and guidance of DSR, I got my tax refunds through tax reliefs rules. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend their customer service :-)

I used DSR tax claims in 2019 and they got me back approx £3000 you would think great!!!! What they didn’t tell me verbally to do was close down my self tax assessment. I’m in full time employment and a lay person in these matters so you would think a professional company would fully explain how to do this. No... I’m now left with a £1200 tax bill. There answer? “ it’s in writing that you have to close your own self assessment down” . Sorry nothing we can do for you goodbye.. This is an important matter that can effect a person substantially in the pocket . As I said I know nothing about tax and put my trust in DSR. Big mistake.

Edit - As of March 2021 - DSR Tax Claims Ltd are trying to have negative reviews removed by flagging them. "You reviewed DSR Tax Claims Ltd, who believe your review actually belongs to another business." It is absolutely the correct company, and clearly they don't want their name tarnished by truthful reviews. Edit - As of 27th March 21 - Amusingly the company name on here has now changed from DSR Tax Claims Ltd to DSR Tax Refunds, whereas before it was listed as DSR Tax Claims Ltd. So clearly, as I previously stated above, they ARE the same company. Also to note - Negative reviews have been disappearing from TrustPilot, as I expect the director was flagging them like he did mine and people weren't able to contest in time. Also noticed a new spike in positive reviews by people with no prior reviews. Very fishy. Suspect foul play (paying for positive reviews). Interesting how I can be flagged and have a review removed for mentioning the director's name in a negative way, yet if the review is positive it can stay. All around dodgy affair. 'DSR Tax Claims Ltd', now trading as 'DSR Tax Refunds' are evidently dodgy. Leaves clients up beep street/ignores them, causes them debt with HMRC (messes up tax codes, closing claims - doesn't inform you). Would appear the director/owner has dissolved one company to avoid reprecussions and formed another. Funnily enough, the director flagged my review claiming they, "believe your review actually belongs to another business." Definitely the right business. Don't just believe me, look up their trading information on the government website 'Find and update company information'. The now defunct 'DSR Tax Claims Ltd' & 'DSR Tax Refunds' have the same director. You've been warned.

DSR prepared 4 years of returns for me. I signed forms in February stating I’d receive £2400 minus their fee. Due to Covid I didn’t receive anything until 1st October when I got £637 which is a lot lower than the forms I’d signed. I’ve emailed three times for an explanation and had no reply, and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Terrible service and terrible communication. Update Feb 21- DSR have now contacted trustpilot and denied ever dealing with me, in a cynical attempt to get my negative review removed. Very poor behaviour. I have provided proof of everything I’ve said to trustpilot who have very sensibly verified my review. Dishonest, cowardly and sneaky behaviour from DSR!!
