Overall very good and smooth but maybe a FAQ/flow diagram/average timelines of the process could be sent out after the first initial contact is made by the claimant . I would imagine this would cut down unnecessary emails and calls into DSR, but equally the claimant would know what part of the process they were in and so feel more at ease. Just a small suggestion to consider for those who this is not their area of expertise.
