Darren's work is nothing short of amazing. We knew this as he installed the bathroom in our previous house, so when we moved we knew we had to get him to fit the new bathroom as well. His attention to detail is second to none and every precaution is taken to ensure your carpets etc are protected during the work. I was worried I wouldn’t love my new bathroom as much as the last one Darren fitted, but love it even more. If you are thinking of having your bathroom done you have to get Darren in, you won't be disappointed!

Darren is brilliant from start to finish - helps you design the room for the best layout, choose from a range of fixtures, woods and tiles all the way up to fitting on schedule to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

After reading some of the reviews, that have been left for DS bathrooms, it is very difficult to actually say something different. All of the reviews are 100% true and accurate. Darren does exactly what he says he’ll do from start to finish. At all stages, he asks if you have any questions and ensures that you are happy with the work. He and Rob are punctual, polite, very clean and tidy workers, who respect your home. All we can say is thank you for our beautiful new bathroom. We could not be happier. If you are considering a new bathroom, we can honestly say you will not find a better company. Well worth the wait!!

Excellent Customer Service I had my bathroom done by DS Bathrooms a number of years ago and have been very satisfied with th standard of work that was done. I recently had a problem with my shower and contacted Darren. Darren responded straight away and problem sorted within a couple of days.

My en-suite shower stopped working and Darren came out fixed it so quickly for me. Had the shower replaced in 30 minutes! So happy with it and the price was competitive, definitely recommend

Darren and Rob have just totally transformed our bathroom. It looks amazing, such a high quality finish and attention to detail. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result..fabulous.. Another impressive fact is the ability they have to complete on time. We were hugely impressed that Darren knew exactly how long the bathroom would take to complete and was able to tell us exactly what stage the build would be at any given time. There were no problems at all and their communication with us was hugely helpful. We have no hesitation at all to recommend D S Bathrooms, 100% delighted.

Darren and Rob recently completed the replacement of all three of our bathrooms and we are absolutely delighted with the results! Darren was very clear in his explanation of the process and extremely prompt and responsive in his communications throughout. They really do take pride in the quality of their work, with no shortcuts taken and quality products supplied and fitted to a very high standard. I have never known such tidy workmen! They always ensured everything was tidied up at the end of each day, carpets were protected, and waste collected promptly. Darren also provides an aftercare warranty service which we did call upon, and he replied straight away to arrange a time to pop over and promptly fix the issue. I couldn’t ask for more. I have recommended DS Bathrooms to friends as we have been so impressed with the end to end service and quality of materials and installation. It was well worth the wait. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A completely professional service from start to finish. Despite our job being a small one in the scale of work Darren undertakes, he never made us feel that it was less important than his bigger installations. Excellent workmanship and tidy to boot. Darren and Rob are in every way the ideal package when it comes to the planning and installation of a bathroom. Yes, there will be a wait, in our case over six months but that is because of their reputation and on accepting the quote for the job a nailed down date was given for 11th July and despite being over an hour's drive away the guys turned up at 9am on the promised day. Communication with Darren was consistently good before and during fitting and they were friendly and very hardworking and a pleasure to have in the house. The end result was spectacularly good and it is obvious both guys take huge personal pride in what they do. Despite the job being completed a day and a half ahead of schedule the rubbish from the fitting was arranged by Darren to be collected on the day of completion. These guys are not the cheapest around and they will tell you that upfront, as the fittings they use are absolutely top quality but this really is a case of getting what you pay for. In summary a faultless experience from start to finish and highly recommended.

Darren and his team were absolutely amazing! We love our new bathroom, and it was a stress-free experience from start to finish. We have an old house, so there was lots of lead piping, and crumbling walls... but it didn't phase them! Darren still managed to finish on time and to an excellent standard. I have to say they are the most hard-working and tidy tradespeople we have had throughout our whole renovation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

100% recommended! From first contact for a quote to completion of the job, Darren kept us completely in the loop about everything that was going on. When the work itself started, it was done quickly and cleanly - and the results speak for themselves. Anyone who is prepared to put photos of their workmanship on Facebook for the world to see has got to be proud of their work. Absolutely fantastic job that Darren and Rob have done on our bathroom ! Could not be happier with the result and have to say these lads are the real deal 👍. When you place your order with Darren he fully explains the process leaves you confident you’ve made the right choice from day one - you do have to wait 6 months for an install which speaks volumes about their quality and craftsmanship. An absolute pleasure lads and could not rate you any higher - huge thank you to you both.

The entire experience of working with Darren has been superb. From initial quote; validation of options; scheduling and through to completion every detail has been meticulous. This particular job was the master bedroom's ensuite and I was far from certain as to what was achievable. Darren helpfully walked me through options and was able to make recommendations of what I may like to consider. We were able to come up with a baseline which we they ratified over the following days I did of course speak to other companies but felt like the professionalism shown by Darren was likely an indication of the likely quality of the job and his trustworthiness, I was not disappointed. All dates which were agreed following our agreement on design and price etc. were kept and there was no project slippage. The original estimate of 4 to 5 days on site was also accurate and I was able to see the finished article after 4 days. A very happy customer and I will of course be contacting Darren and Rob again when I am ready to re-do my other bathrooms in the next year or two.
