I write to advise others that they should not expect to get the product advertised when they order from this company. I have recently referred them to the Trading Standards after having been supplied with a wine other than that advertised but hidden within a case of the ordered wine. They may be OK if you're not that bothered about what you drink but are certainly not a company from whom to order anything more than cheap BBQ wines Further to the company reply. It is nice to get an explanation, of sorts, though it would have been better still had it come to my initial query to Customer Relations who gave me no detail at all. However, anyone who understands anything about wine knows that it is either impossible ( or deliberate and illegal) to fill a case marked 2014 with wines of any other vintage let alone one 5 years younger.
Everything is great until you get a bottle of wine that is undrinkable. Then you'll be expected to carry out a plethora of tasks to prove it, despite offering to return the undrinkable product for them to test for themselves. When I raised this with them, they closed my case and marked it as "solved".

ORDERED TWICE NOW. BOTH TIMES ORDER SAID TO TAKE A WEEK OR SO TO DELIVER, BUT BOTH ORDERS CAME FROM AMSTERDAM AND ALTHOUGH SENT DIFFERENT ROUTES TO UK , BOTH ARRIVED INTACT IN 3 DAYS VIA DHL. IMPRESSED!

Really good service. I found them online...never heard of them before ...did the order...paid by card...and bosh they delivered. decent outfit, go for it!
Sent 4 emails, no replied. Phone disconnected. Order didn't deliver. Got money back from chargeback. Beware.

Thieving a$$holes… taking peoples money, not answering calls, no delivery. How they are still allowed to “trade” is beyond me
They are not legit. My order has not arrived from December no answer to emails or phone AVOID
Ordered my drinks on 12th December got DPS order number all it ever says is waiting for drinks to be delivered to drop off point. Mobile number don't ring. Looks like I lost £50 going to try and do charge back. Do not order anything from this company
