I am unbelievably disappointed by this company. I ordered a radiator cover through pigsback.com and they haven't bothered to keep me or pigsback informed of what the situation is. It is now nearly 2 months since I ordered and they have simply said our courier is locating the item. Ridiculous service, avoid at all costs

Where to start with this company, basically we warned if you order from this company two things are likely to happen: 1). You may be lucky and receive you're items (probably late and with a 12 hour delivery window) and receive no/little communications - when you unpack it you may have no damage and therefore be happy with the product (at least initially - though overtime I'm dubious of quality). or... 2). If like the many posters like me you have any sort of issues e.g. damage, missing parts, general level of quality then expect a whole world of pain dealing with the non-existent customer services who you will have to spend on hours on hold ringing and pleading with and then when you do have a deliveries/collections booked they won't turn up wasting your time in an endless cycle of despair. I like many order a rattan Yakoe cube set from Wowcher - it was supposed to arrive 29th May, I rang repeatedly for a prior week to confirm delivery and was getting worried and thought about contacting my credit card company when 2 days before I finally got through only to be told my delivery would be 6th June. This day arrived and to be fair it arrived on that day, alarm bells should have started going off when even the delivery driver was having a moan about how bad Dreams Living are, they are employed by a sister company Roadeeze who use agency staff. When I unpacked the items the frame of the couch was crushed (send photographs to Dreams by email) and the table leg was faulty. Arranged a collection or broken couch and damaged table leg - first attempt didnt turn up, on second occasion turned up with couch and no replacement table leg - delivery driver shows internal correspondence from the warehouse repeatedly asking for the leg. Oh and the replacement couch box had a cigarette butt in the bottom - nice. Further calls to dreams and demanded compensation, offered £10, and insult escalated to managed offered £29.99 (which I had to chase for weeks for) - the table leg was then sent out by Yodel. They sent the courier out with no warning so that was missed and then the courier immediately attempted delivery the following day (before I could even call them!) - If I didn't make this delivery it would stay at their warehouse 30 miles from my home, so I had to return home from work to receive this - to be fair Yodel have an up to the minute tracking service. Opened the box for the table leg and found that it appeared to have been squashed by a forklift truck (no damage to box though), again email photographs, lots of chasing and another missed delivery (no communications) - by this point I'd spent something like 20 hours on hold/speaking to Dreams Living (most on hold) - only twice did they ever call me. I requested further compensation and this was denied - stating they only give this once! Don't think that approach is consistent with the Consume Rights Act. During this time I'd had the rattan sat in the garden for about 5 weeks and one Saturday morning I noticed that the rattan weave beneath the glass screen had split (must have contracted under the heat) and the rest of it was very brittle. I'd also found that I was continually having to re-weave bits of rattan that would pop out and look frayed. The whole quality in my opinion is rubbish, therefore I sent photographs and raised this to a manager stating that I would be getting a section 25 or charge back through my credit card company. Dreams to be fair didn't dispute this but ask that I return all this fully boxed (luckily I still had the boxes squash at the side of my house and it hadn't rained too much), so I was able to rebuild these. The collection (on a Sunday came and went) due to the issues experienced I even called on Friday (as Customer Services don't work weekend). I called now furious and as I'd also been liaising with my back a credit card charge back could now be issued. Dreams stated that they would collect this on Wednesday and this actually happened though the delivery driver told me this was only added to his round that afternoon and he barely had room to fit my items on the van (at one point he thought he'd had to leave one box) in the end he managed to squeeze in my items with the shutter door bowing out and his trolley on the passenger seat. I enquired what all the other goods were as this was now 6:45pm and he was returning to Birmingham - and he advised me that this was all the returns - Yes and entire van full of returns from customers just like me. I see Dreams Living heaving advertised on Wowcher national deals and as a result I've had to unsubscribe from that mailing as I just don't want to even think about this company ever again. I suspect if this company fails they'll be back under another name - I think beneath the hood they are a cheap Chinese import/export company with minimum customer service - they advertise at high prices e.g. my set was £999 on their site, and then discount by 50% on wowcher or groupon etc. and seem to rely on trading in volume and apathy of customers to just accept inferior products to make a margin. You have been warned, in the end I went to Argos and bought another rattan cube - this to be fair isn't as comfortable and there was a missing part (which Argos sorted immediately) - but at least I know this set will last about 5 years, alternatively go to your local garden centre when they are doing a clearance and I'm sure you could do better than this lot.

Awful, awful company. Do not order anything from groupon to do with garden furniture as you will probably get these cowboys. Absoutly shocking. Half our order missing.....still not resolved. They keep telling me dates this furniture with be delivered and then guess what......no one shows up.

The worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with so full of promises and nothing ever comes from the I bought a rattan garden set from them which requires a new piece this was 2 months ago and I am still waiting every time I contact them I get the “promise” that they will send it out well you lie your company is rubbish I didn’t pay a large amount of money so can’t be bothered trying to get my money back just don’t buy anything from them

An utterly appalling company! When the phone is finally answered after being cut off numerous times the staff are completely disinterested, I had to check a couple of times that someone was still at the other end of the call, not very polite or helpful at all. They took my money immediately and yet 10 days later I still haven't received my order. I've replied to my receipt email to then receive a response saying that my address had never been put on the order so it hasn't been dispatched.........so when exactly was someone going to contact me about this! I've now asked them to make sure I receive the delivery this week to be told 'there's no guarantee on delivery'. I will never ever use this company again and shall advise friends and family to avoid too.

I would warn others NOT to order from this company! They will give you numerous delivery dates and nothing ever turns up! They never answer the phone and seem to think it's ok for people to be taking time off work to wait for their none existent delivery. There customer service is terrible! They will fob you off or just give you another date to waste another day waiting in for them. Overall a very poor company that knows they can't cope with the orders they have, but are still taking more orders! They will take your money but won't send you anything or keep you informed.

I am giving this company the benefit of doubte....from what I can gather, they are extremely extremely busy with the wowcher orders....from my point of view, they have always answered the phone & been polite- I've kept the phone ringing, but they eventually answer... yes I've had to chase my order from day one which really could be improved. ....but after ringing every single day since order, the lady in the office has given me a delivery date...of next Tuesday & I have just received my text to confirm. I HOPE they don't let me down & do deliver as promised......and the goods are boxed and in tact as I will give more stars.......fingers tightly crossed. *UPDATE* so the furniture came 5 seater rattan sofa) & couldn't be happier. My husband is a joiner by trade so put the sofa together with ease. ...it's well built, cushions have zips so can be washed, it's just lovely! The guys called 30 mins before, and delivered! !! I must say I was totally panicked after seeing the reviews but apart from slight lack of communication we are happy & I feel the company deserves some slack in this busy period! Thank you dreams living

Ordered a 9 seater rattan furniture set via Wowcher for £475 plus £29.99 delivery. Ordered 28/06 & received text on 30/06 advising of delivery on 03/07! Arrived at 5.10pm as confirmed by the driver 30 mins before. Took an hour to assemble straight forward instructions & parts all present & correct. Definitely not rocket science & end product, is quality, sturdy & comfortable & just as displayed in the pictures. Very happy customer 😊 My only criticism, just a small one is the 12 hour delivery 8am-8pm. Would have scored 5 stars if this could have been offered as an 8-1pm or 1pm-8pm slot just for the fact that I had to take a full days holiday from work. Would definitely recommend.

Really wish I'd read the reviews. Same as all the others. Paid money and no product. Got a very aggressive driver who said he was outside my house, but wasn't and refused to come to my actual house to deliver. I could not believe that a British company thinks it can get away with such poor customer service. I actually felt very intimidated and am trying to cancel all my orders.

I ordered a garden rattan 8 seater sofa set from living social - on the day it was due for delivery I called so see what time and was told that the item had not been sent out due to not passing quaility control and it was now out of stock and would be back in stock a week later ! I contacted living social who emailed them . The item did come back in stock a week later and arrived the following Wednesday . The product is great - I was worried when I read all the negative reviews on here which I only saw after I had bought the item - yes it was hard to get hold of someone and I had to chase them up but the product looks and feels great

Please please don't buy from this company.... In all my 47 years alive this has to be the worst company I've dealt with... I purchased a rattan set from woucher via dreams living costing £550.00 and they delivered within 2 weeks which was ok, I then put it together and there was a broken leg, 2 cushion were torn and 1 foot stool cushion torn.... I tried on about 30 different times to phone them and it was either just ringing or they would pick up and put straight down. I tried e-mail and after 10 emails without reply i contacted voucher who email them and they finely emailed me to take photos off the damage, I sent the photos and i would not hear from them for about 2 weeks and they would after I keep emailing them just ask for more pictures, this went on for about 3 months... I contacted voucher in this time about 3 times and they were ok and contacted dreamsliving and today after months of emailing I received the wrong items... I decided to give, can't keep doing it... but please don't buy and go through what I've gone through.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst company and customer service I have ever come across. Ordered via Groupon with promise of delivery in 5-7 days - this is now 5 weeks late and still no sign or even an indication of a delivery date. Dreamsliving NEVER answer emails, very rarely answer calls (tried 15 times in one day) - if your lucky enough to get through to them they tell blatant lies , i.e one person said delivery would be in 2 days, I even phoned up on the day to make sure it was in transit - assured it was and waited in all day - never arrived, no follow up, no communication nothing. Still waiting, and they NEVER contact you back. I don't think DREAMSLIVING is actually a company - if it is, it is probably the worst run in the UK - reading the other reviews I am not alone in my experience with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - it really doesn't even deserve one star !! Now trying to get my money back via my credit card company.

They blame the delivery company even thought they are the same company on the same trading estate in Birmingham. Have just stopped payment ( barclaycard). What a rubbish company, dont believe what you read on their company web site. Origionally purchased through GROUPON and their hard to deal with as well.

We bought some Garden Furniture, through Amazon, from DreamsLiving. When the two boxes arrived, one had a gaping hole in one corner. I opened it to find that box didn't have the Instructions or bag of fixings in it. It's quite obvious where this bag is, because it's fixed to the outside with some red string. There is no reason why anyone would want to remove this bag en route, so I am in no doubt it had been removed before delivery, probably to replace someone else's that were missing. How ridiculous! Anyway, I rang up to try and get them sent. Oh no, we can't talk to you on the phone, you have to E-mail. So I E-mailed. Two days later I got a return E-mail, just stating what was in my original E-mail. So I had to reply, Yes. A few days later the package arrived, containing a bag of fixings, but no instructions/parts list. I knew pretty much how to put it together from the other box. After one chair I had run out of bolts, with one more to do. I E-mailed again, explaining the problem. Again, a few days later, I got a response, saying they'd already sent fixings out, meaning the first lot. I gave up. I tried to return it through DreamsLiving, but as I'd bought it through Amazon, I had to go back through them. That wasn't easy either. The product is OK at best, but rough looking. I would challenge anyone to put it together with the silly tools they provide. You need your own. I'm in the Building Trade but I would never have managed without using my hand clamps and a socket set. An awful experience!

Awful - ordered a rattan dining set via Groupon and it arrived with a mangled box with screws literally falling out of the box as the courier carried it to our door and the furniture was scuffed and scratched where the box was torn. Even though it was from Groupon we spoke to them direct in case they could replace easier that going through Groupon (which is the biggest chore ever in itself!) and they tried to tell us that was 'the look' of the furniture - So everyone get ordering from Dreams Living as the old worn scuffed 10 year old look is in apparently!!!!! Shan't be reordering if that is the way they handle customer complaints!

We ordered circular rattan furniture via Groupon early August 2017. The furniture arrived 10 days later. Missing seat and back cushions and all the fixings to bolt the seats together. Their customer service assured us the missing parts would be delivered within 2-3 business working days. It is now almost 8 weeks since and we are still waiting!!! There is no senior management in the offices at any time and despite repeated requests for calls and emails, none have been received. Customer service is non-existent. The 'customer care' staff do not care at all about the inconvenience they are causing us and clearly shows every time we have to chase up our order. Groupon aren't able to move things along either. Steer clear, pay a bit more for your furniture from a reputable company where you will matter.

Ordered a rattan set of living social. Took a little longer then expected but came on the day I was told and was Called 15 mins before it was due. I rang the Birmingham number and the guy i spoke to was very polite. we have only just about put the sofas together as the instructions aren't very clear but what instructions are now days. The only downfall so far is that the corner isn't the same corner as it was in the photo. So we are u able to put it like it is in the photo. We are still yet to put the table up but I'm hoping everything will be there and it will be in good condition. The sofa is very comfy!
