Ordered several items from the online store despatched the same day on 24 hour royal mail delivery which never arrived. Got in touch with Jordan (Dragon detecting) who immediateley did some checks with royal mail who lost said the delivery was lost within their network. Jordan immediateley put together the order and then personally delivered to my home the same day. Now thats customer service, cant be faulted. A reliable and trusted online supplier, and all at a great price.
