I bought some lights, drivers and a dimmer switch over a year ago. Products were mostly good, but a few faulty items were replaced without question, and a further problem was sorted promptly via email. I have since purchased more lights and I am very pleased with both the products and the after-sales care that I have received. I recommend Downlights Direct.

Found company via websearch, website pricing incorrect but corrected itself on order enquiry. My main concern it that there database apprars to have loads of incorrect info, I didnt have an email or paperwork without an error on it. However what I ordered I got in less than a week. Would I use again ..yes - hopefully there see this and take action on the silly errors that exist.
Once I'd found what I wanted on the poor website the ordering and delivery went fine. Delivery was very quick and the product very good for the price. I've installed the light and am very pleased with it.
