I suggest to avoid purchasing anything from this company if possible. This company has very bad customer service. I ordered an over 300€ Canvas from them. They delivered it to a totally different address. Outside of stranger's house. I needed to go pick-it myself only finding that the frame was damaged. They suggested me 10% discount saying they do not have anymore profit to compensate for damage (!). Their customer service reply was very slow. Until now, over one month waiting and tens of emails I have not received any kind of compensation and am waiting for their compensation.
Ich hatte noch einen Änderung gehabt. Funktioniert super einfach und alles war perfekt! Ich bestell sicher wieder!

Das war meine erste Bestellung. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, dazu muss ich aber sagen das ich nur ein kleines Leinwandbild gekauft habe. Relativ unspektakulär für Dotcomcanvas 😀 Ich werde aber definitiv nochmal kaufen und dann auch was größeres aussuchen. Empfehlenswert! Danke

I liked the quality of the painting, it was very beautiful and of excellent quality, but for the price I expected it to be better protected, as I received the painting with a damaged frame, as it came in a box that was very damaged and torn and poorly protected.

Diesmal gibt es nur 4 Sterne, die Qualität der Bilder ist super. Leider hatte ich nicht beachtet das bei dem Zertifkat der Name des Bestellers angeben wird. Es ist als Geschenk gedacht gewesen. Nach Anfrage ist es nicht möglich dies zu ändern. Vielleicht kann man eine Geschenk Option machen. Ich habe es nicht gesehen.

Das Bild ist genauso wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Der fünfte Stern fehlt deswegen, weil der Lieferdienst mit dem Cooperiert wird eine absolute Katastrophe ist.

Solid qualitet but to expensive for that what you get...after you buy something from them, they are just bombing you with review emails on dayli basis. Its just anoying...i think u could get more for less money
