This company has restored my faith in humanity!! After being scammed by an online firm who took the money and ran I contacted DFO in Poole and visited their showroom. Knowledgable staff, with realistic prices saw us place the order. Delivery within the week and nothing at any point was too much trouble. After sales care and support excellent! Highly recommended.

A year ago I bought a modular set for my garden plus dining table with the incredibly beautiful Carmen chairs and I couldn’t be happier. Communication was always easy and smooth. I loved the pictures on the website, then I went down to the showroom and, once I saw and sat on those chairs and sofa, I knew they were perfect. We sealed the deal right there and in a few days I had it delivered to my door in London. The boys that came with the van were really nice and helpful, always communicating with me over the phone to keep an update with timings. I knew I will be checking on their website to see what new things they have in case I need to get some more furniture, and I have strongly recommended them to friends and family. Recently I got myself a couple more pieces of furniture and the service was as amazing as the first time. 100% recommended!

Me and my partner recently moved to our first home and we were recommended by a Friend Dorset furniture Outlet, they have a beautiful range of furniture and we ended up buying a stunning glass dinning table and chairs, outside rattan set and a dark stained glass coffee table. Went to showroom to have a look at furniture first. Really helpful and welcoming and helped us to choose what formation we wanted. Opted for delivery. Got courtesy call in morning and delivery arrived on time and they helped us put packages in garage. Really great value for money furniture and great service. Highly recommend!

The delivery was held up, but the staff there were great ! And got it sorted. We brought garden furniture set in which the table went up & down coffee table to dining table, unfortunately the cheap plastic mechanism broke before we got to use it as a dining table
