Brilliant service - I had made an error with my order and was promptly called to have this explained and items swapped/refunded. Refund arrived the next day and order was delivered exactly as per expectations. So many businesses online who supply these products but use these guys!
I wanted three of a very particular door and enquired of a number of suppliers. Doorstoyou provided the clearest and most helpful information about where these doors were (Felixstowe, in a container), when they would be available for delivery and when I might expect them to be delivered to my home. That is why I placed my order with them. Everything proceeded as described, and I now have the three doors I needed. Could not have asked for better service.

Really pleased with my doors and the service I received
not had our order yet so unable to do a review. Our order is surpposed to be on its way from the east!! . Not sure when the door & frame will arrive as there is a back log of goods at the ports.

His impressive knowledge about the doors I wanted to buy, and clear explanation of technical details and options, was very helpful and reassuring. He was also very good at getting in touch by email and phone to discuss queries. He has a very personable and engaging telephone manner and a great sense of humour. We had a problem with one of our doors (NOT the fault of Doors to You) which Steve sorted out efficiently and effectively. He really knows his stuff and inspires confidence in the products he is selling and his ability to deliver what you want. The company’s prices are also very competitive. Amazing service was worried buying a glazed door on line but the service was amazing the delivery was smooth and no problem the communication was great from the retailer.

We ordered a door for a utility room in our garage and therefore only needed interior door handles although it was an external door. Someone from doorstoyou called to make sure we hadn't ordered the wrong handles by mistake. That's excellent customer service! The door arrived promptly.

Great door, comms were excellent, spec sheets sent on request prior to delivery. Door material very easy to work with, probably easier than a wooden door. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend both the company and the product.
