I ordered a 12/24v transformer as the web site said the item was in stock however, when I had paid for it it said it wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. Once it arrived the part was fitted and all was ok, but would have been better if it had arrived quicker. Apart from that the item arrived within the time it stated at time of order and I was quite pleased with the service
Helpful service. I had to trace the make and model number of the door entry transformer after a builder damaged it, took it away and vanished! No easy task to trace replacement as handset has no details. Staff at this company were so helpful by phone and email, new transformer swiftly delivered, and it all now works again. Thank you!
A vandal resistant card reader was required for a job and I was able to purchase the item hassle free. I received it the following afternoon. I knocked a star off as is was a bit more expensive than usual places but then again I didn't need to travel and it was in stock. I was kept informed and product is working a dream.
My 1st review of my experience with Door Entry Direct was poor but in my opinion was justified, however their follow up service eventually came up trumps. Following my initial feedback regarding a purchased door release unit which didn't match the images shown on the company website. After further emails their reply correspondence did arrive a couple of weeks late and they made a big effort to provide me with a suitable item to suit my needs. A big thanks for the much appreciated effort and i can only assume this was a one off incident and i am confident our next transaction will go smoother.

What’s to say! Delivered my item within expected time lines, kept me up to date on its journey too! The price was a lot cheaper too. I got a better/newer G4 model than The older G3 model I was looking at elsewhere for £50 cheaper.
