I never got what I ordered. They claimed it has been shipped, it’s been a month now I didn’t receive my order neither did they send me a tracking number. This website is scamming people off their money. Stay away from them. They don’t even have a good customer service team to attend to you. It’s all scam.

Great service quick delivery time !
Had the new buzzer fitted today. Bell system XL5. Very happy to once again have a door alert that works. Also, the Sound isn't 'jump out of your chair' startling. The big sell was the mute option. My old intercom wore out as I had to keep tampering with the foil to stop it. (overnight buzzers from neighbours and their guests) The foil made the vibration and it eventually just gave up. The XL5 is a very nice system and a very helpful team when I initially enquired. Much obliged.

Fast and it worked
Ordered a door entry phone as mines was to loud so I ordered one which a hi/low volume control however not there as older model. Called thru explain this but I got nothing but attitude saying I’m not an installer and volume control on motherboard which is suspect but anyway I checked and nothing there. After a heated conversation I asked for a returns kit which he said he would send that’s over 10 days ago. I called thru again and I was told person who deals with returns is on lunch and to give my details for him to contact me and I’m still waiting since 3 days ago. Ok so the product was only £26 with delivery however I’ve given up on this company and will have to take a hit and lose my money as I need to purchase another phone. Great when you ask about a product but terrible aftercare service and made me feel worthless due to item amount being small they didn’t give a damn.
