Order a 3.8m water fed window cleaning pole with window cleaning kit and angle adjuster. Item arrived a week later with no window cleaning kit and no angle adjuster. Rang them numerous times, no answer. E-mailed them them regarding the issues with no reply. Given them ample time to respond, very poor communications. Avoid at all cost, company is just after relieving you of your hard earned money snd don't give a damn about it's customers. Beware!!!

I ordered a window cleaning pole. It arrived OK but appears to be one that has been used before. The box had been cut to open it then sellotaped back, there was no paperwork at all, the brush was out of shape and the cable was fixed untidily with one cable tie. The other was loose in the box. I phoned on different days and emailed, but they don't reply (see other reviews).

I wanted a guttering cleaner which connects to an ordinary garden hose and extends to reach gutters on a two storey house. It also needs to double as a window brush for upstairs windows. After much searching, I found this company. Ordering was easy and the item was delivered in 7 days. It works fine and I have no complaints about the product. However, I have only given 3 stars because communication with this company is non-existent. They don't reply to emails and they don't answer the phone. Until the item was delivered I was beginning to think I had been conned out of £70. I now know they can be trusted but they need to work harder on their customer communications!

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY. Product weak and broke in 4 months. Rude owner of company! Avoid!!! Use another company. Be careful as this company trade on eBay and Amazon

Ordering on the site was easy Unfortunately the seller uses Parcel force and you only have to look at the reviews with them to know its a NO NO.. Also the seller never answers their phone pointless putting a number on their website, And the communication is awful via email, Other than that the pole is OK few lose bolts in the box luckily we looked before we recycled the box, Says its light but it's quite heavy, sturdy pole, The clips are plastic not great comes loose when applying a little pressure....

We ordered from this company on Wednesday and the parcel arrived Friday lunchtime. The equipment appears pretty sturdy and in good condition. We’ve yet to try it out but as far ordering is concerned all went fine

Ordered a window cleaning pole from this company in late May 2020 and as of July have received nothing but a bunch of e-mails saying they were overwhelmed and had tried 3 different delivery services with no result. Finally after a month and threats to give them a bad review, I got a refund -- but 6 weeks after the order still no product. Assuming the company actually exists (I'm not sure it does!) they are totally useless.
