The team in djkit have been brilliant......there were a few issues with couriers (totally separate to djkit) and they went out of their way to ensure they were dealt with and issues resolved and items returned promptly....would totally recommend them and haven't got trialling the new equipment yet!

I ordered a pair of stylus needles for my Shure cartridge on my turntables, I made an initial enquiry and the sales department got back to me almost straight away. I paid for a next day delivery which I assumed would be by Royal mail. Unfortunately, the carrier was Evri (which is Hermes rebranded), this piece of information I received via text message at 7:17 am the next day saying my package would arrive in the middle of the day.. after a few more texts and further time slot extensions, I eventually got my package at around 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, my planned day was completely ruined by that time. The reason I've given 4 stars is because djkit.com are actually a good company so I have no issues (so far) with their service and I aim to purchase more dj kit from them. However, the carrier that any company uses can have a drastic effect on the 'overall customer service'.. so I've informed djkit.com that I'm happy to do business with them again but they might want to use an alternative delivery company going forward.

Contacted djkit a number of weeks ago regarding a custom lighting installation in our sports centre. After around a week I got a promising call from one of the team to discuss our needs and was told he would get back to me within a few days with a plan to go forward. Not had any contact since even after emailing. No problem if you cant do what is needed or don't want the business but please just say this as we could have gone elsewhere much sooner and not had the delay which we now have.

Very Rude and poor customer service. I placed an order for a mixer choosing the finance option. The mixer was on pre-order due to out-of-stock and the estimated time to deliver was Mid August 2022. I received the call from the sales guy at DJKIT and he was very keen for me to cancel the order as the expected delivery date has been pushed to December 2022 where just a day before I received thank you email for placing an order and it has been processed successfully and they are looking to deliver the item as soon as possible. According to the sales guy, I should contact the manufacturer of delaying my order... as they cannot do anything.. which was very surprising and he kept repeating for me to cancel the order since I am not happy. Of course, I am not happy about pushing the delivery dates but that doesn't mean you kept threatening the customer to cancel the order. Very rude and wouldn't even willing to listen and wouldn't allow or give the chance for the customer to talk. I would have cancelled the order and gone to a different supplier if it was not on the finance option as it will impact my credit history for putting another credit application. I have no choice other than to wait until December 2022. But one thing is sure that I would not choose this company again even if they are the cheapest seller in the world. If needed then I can provide evidence of the order process where they are clearly stating the order has been processed and being prepared for shipment. Looks like my order was given to someone else paying the higher price..
