Ordered a large kitchen, delivery charge was £410 + vat. I paid it and delivery was expected early February 2025, however on the day of delivery I get an email (not a phonecall)! To advise I needed to pay a further £410 + vat because they needed 2 vans to deliver!!!! They have now lost the sale of a large utility and a boot room, how short sighted are they. AVOID THESE CROOKS.

Super service. Panel ordered on Tuesday delivered on Friday. Packaging excellent, very secure. Product good quality too.

Fantastic service from first contact to delivery of the kitchen. Customer care is second to none and nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff we dealt with were excellent and very professional. Chris is first class and always quick to respond. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and on a par - or better - than you would find at a fancy local supplier but at a much better price. We were nervous buying the kitchen off the internet but the care and support given made it easy and now that our kitchen has been installed we are delighted with it. We would have no hesitation in using Diykitchens 4u again in the future.

Ordered a length of Melbourne alabaster cornice to replace water damaged parts of our kitchen wall unit. Previously had great difficulty in tracking down a supplier who didn’t only sell complete kitchens! DIY Kitchens 4U promptly dealt with the order on line, kept in e-mail communication in case there were any issues (there weren’t) and the item arrived in excellent condition within the projected timescale. Would definitely use this company again.
